Here are some of the best restaurants to visit on Malegaon Highway:
1. Food Village
Food Village is one of the best restaurants to visit on the Malegaon-Agra Highway right now. When you are on the highway, you will see plenty of hotels of the same structure but Food Village chose a unique theme, which is now being followed by Malegaon Family Dhaba.
I have been to Food Village on numerous occasions but whenever I go there, I order Alpham Special as a Starter. If you are looking for a non-veg restaurant on Malegaon Highway, you must visit this hotel.
Apart from offering delicious Main Courses and Starters, Food Village has a separate section for Families or Ladies.
You will find it open in the Afternoon but I will recommend you visit at Night. Nobody likes waiting at the Dining table but you will have to wait on Saturday and Sunday.
If you are a resident of Malegaon, avoid going to Highway restaurants on Weekend.
2. Star Hotel
Star Hotel is one of the oldest restaurants located on the Malegaon-Agra highway. When I was a kid, I along with my parents would go there for Dinner or Evening breakfast.
The structure of Star Hotel has completely changed. If you are looking for a romantic place to have dinner with your wife or spouse, Star Hotel is good to go.
Ever since the owners decorated the hotel, Star Hotel has got its charm back. It is one of the nearest hotels on Malegaon Highway.
If you go there, either order Alpham Special, Pakoda Chilli or Crispy as a starter. I have been to Star Hotel numerous times but what I loved the most is its starters.
After having its starters, you will not have an empty space for the Main Course. They have a huge list of dishes for the Main Course that you can eat with Chapatis or Rice.
The only drawback of Star Hotel is it does not have a playground for kids.
3. Malegaon Family Dhaba
Malegaon Family Dhaba is a newly started restaurant on the Malegaon-Agra Highway. This hotel is located in a wide area, keeping in mind kids, Namazis and parking.
Unfortunately, I did not have a better experience at Malegaon Family Dhaba. My family and I went to this hotel for Dinner but they kept us waiting for more than half an hour without serving anything on the table.
After waiting for an hour, we had Starters and then went to Food Village for the Main Course. I hope they have improved their services now.
As far as the playground and space is concerned, it is an amazing place for kids. The price at Malegaon Family Dhaba is a bit low as compared to other Malegaon Highway hotels but the quantity is also less.
Unlike Food Village and Star Hotel, Malegaon Family Dhaba has limited dishes in both Starters and Main Course.
4. Aaram Hotel
Aaram Hotel is one of the most popular hotels located on Malegaon-Agra Highway. It is a typical hotel run by Gujarati people.
As far as the services of Aaram Hotel are concerned, they don’t have any negative points. Irrespective of whether you are making a plan to visit restaurants on Malegaon highway with your friends, family members or wife, Aaram Hotel is an amazing place.
It has a huge playground adjacent to the hotel where kids can have a memorable time. The only downside of this hotel is its dishes are a bit expensive.
Apart from offering mouth-watering dishes, Aaram Hotel is a place to enjoy Lassi or Falooda. Yes, you will love it.
5. Hotel Sai Car Family Dhaba
If you are in the mood for the long drive then Hotel Sar Car Dhaba is a great place to go. As compared to other Malegaon hotels, it is located around 20 Km from Malegaon.
Started in 2001, Sai Car Family Dhaba is one of the best veg restaurants located on Malegaon Dhula Road. I enjoy having non-veg dishes but sometimes I along with my Wife or Friends visit this Hotel to enjoy veg dishes like Puran Poli, Paneer Chilli and others.
What I love the most about Saikar Family Dhaba is its environment. Unlike other hotels, It has a fresh environment.
If you are a pure vegetarian then there is no better restaurant than Sai Car Family Dhaba on Malegaon Highway.
6. Hotel Green Plaza
Hotel Green Plaza is yet another hotel to visit on Malegaon Highway. Unlike Aaram, Food Village and Malegaon Family Dhaba, it is located on the right side of the highway if you are going from Malegaon to Dhula.
The structure of Hotel Green Plaza and Hotel Aaram is almost the same. To be honest, I am tired of going to hotels like this.
Instead, I prefer to go to hotels like Food Village, Sai Car Dhaba and Malegaon Family Dhaba. I have been to Hotel Green Plaza a couple of times and I loved their Chicken Crispy as a Starter.
Hotel Green Plaza does have a playground and huge space to park your vehicles. The only downside of this hotel is you need to cross the highway if you are going from Malegaon.
7. Hotel Sahyog
If there is any hotel located on Malegaon highway that Malegaokers love, it is Sahyog Hotel, which is located on the right side of the highway.
After Sahyog Hotel, there are plenty of new hotels started on Malegaon Highway but the craze for this hotel does not seem to fade.
I have been to this hotel multiple times but what I enjoyed the most is their Punjabi Lassi and Strawberry Falooda. As far as the price of Main Course and Starters is concerned, it will cost you a fortune.
There is no denying that the taste they offer is amazing but you can get the same dish at a low price at other hotels.
Instead of having lunch or Dinner at Sahyong Hotel, I recommend enjoying Lassi or light food there.
